Rubber Backed Ceramic Lagging for optimal traction and minimised belt wear. Available in both Fire Retardant Rubber Compound and our Standard Rubber Compound.

  • The Ceramic Tiles are prepared through an automated spraying process, giving the best possible bond strength results and consistency.
  • The rows of Ceramic Tiles are separated by a horizontal groove for dispelling water and dirt.
  • The ceramic tiles are embedded in rubber on all sides. This increase in the rubber to ceramic bonded area reduces the likelihood of tile loss under large belt tensions and movement.
  • The lagging is supplied standard with a CN Bonding Layer, for easier application and higher bond strengths between the pulley and the lagging.
  • The Ceramic Lagging is supplied in 11.5m Rolls or Moulded Strips. The advantages of the 11.5m Roll are no lead times and full versatility to meet any pulley face-width, resulting in smaller inventories for the user/client.
